Nest Seekers International revealed plans to continue expanding into Italy, Greece and Croatia. The move forms part of the global real estate firm’s efforts to grow its operations in the European premier and emerging luxury markets.

"Italy’s new tax regime is an attractive draw for high-net-worth individuals seeking not only a luxurious lifestyle but also significant financial advantages," Stefano Zoccatelli, Nest Seekers’ Director of Business Development, said to Business Wire.

Specializing in luxury real estate, new development, fine art, yachts and private aviation, Nest Seeker has established its headquarters in Milan, Italy to invest in some of the country’s most popular destinations, which include Tuscany, Lake Como, Puglia and the Amalfi Coast, whose growth is attributed to popular media and tax incentives. The office is overseen by veteran professionals, Luca and Sara Traverso, according to Business Wire.

Its expansion efforts in Italy are made in correlation with its growth initiatives in Greece and Croatia. The company's interest in Greece derived from the country's record-breaking growth in the real estate market, and its attraction to Croatia stemmed from the country's coastal cities, despite a spike in residential property prices Business Wire said.

"Our expansion into these markets is a direct response to increased demand for luxury properties," Eddie Shapiro, Founder, President, and CEO of Nest Seekers International told Business Wire.

In correlation with the European expansion, Nest Seekers also confirmed to Business Wire that a new TV series is in the works. The project, developed to showcase the innovation of the Italian market, will join a slate of other TV real estate shows promoted by Nest Seekers, including Bravo’s "Million Dollar Listing," Max’s "Selling the Hamptons," Netflix’s "Million Dollar Beach House," and the BBC’s "Crazy Rich Agents."

"We are thrilled to continue our expansion of the Nest Seekers brand in Italy," Luca Traverso said. “We are searching for the brightest minds in Italian real estate to join our firm, and possibly be part of our upcoming TV series.”
