M. Holland Company has formed a partnership with European distributor of thermoplastic resins and petrochemical products, Febo S.p.A, according to a press release.

“Our partnership with Febo represents a significant milestone in M. Holland’s global growth strategy,” Steve Armstrong, vice president of international resale at M. Holland, said. “By joining forces with Febo, we can better support clients located in key European markets. Febo shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality products, which sets the foundations for a continued long-term partnership.”

Under the terms of the deal, Febo will distribute M. Holland’s slate of products across Italy, Greece and the Balkans. Through this collaboration, M. Holland hopes to expand its commercial presence in Europe, and add to its slate of business agreements based in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

It will also enable the global distributor of thermoplastic resins and ancillary materials to explore potential new regions for material distribution through Febo’s slate of commercial and logistic establishments, including eight warehouses in Italy and Greece.

Based in Pistoia, Italy, Febo Group garners more than over $310 million in annual sales and covers Italy and Greece, counting with the support of a senior sellers’ network that manages a customer portfolio of over 2,000 units.

The collaboration was announced in correlation with the launch of Mtegrity’s certified producer prime resin, offered to “an expanded network of clients, providing levels of ratability and consistency needed to meet current demands in Europe,” a recent press release stated.

M. Holland’s Mtegrity products received a REACH certification from the European Chemical Agency, giving them the green light for the distribution of materials in European markets.

“Febo and M. Holland share mutual goals and align on a strategic business mission in Europe,” Gian Luca Casarini Elkan, commodities business manager of Febo Group, said. “Together, we will enhance our offerings, strengthen our relationships with existing and new customers and drive positive business results.”
