TicketManager has established a new office in London to help fulfill the demands of sports and entertainment marketers across Great Britain and Continental Europe, a press release reported.
“We are excited and ready to help British and European brands and properties take control of and earn higher ROI from their sports and entertainment investments,” Tony Knopp, TicketManager co-founder and CEO, said. “We’ve supported global business for over a decade and we’re excited to have our team on the ground, full-time, in Europe working with our customers and partners.”
Specializing in live event and ticket management services, TicketManager will introduce its ticket and event management solutions for a pool of British and European brands. The new venture will be led by Brett Cahn and Alvin Chang, who have transferred, based out of the company’s Southern California and New York offices.
“Having worked with numerous multinational companies and international events, including the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup tournaments, we are well positioned to partner directly with British and European marketers in providing them the same tools that are used successfully every day by our hundreds of North American-based customers,” Chang said.
The expansion will allow TicketManager to offer its ticket management services in the UK and European markets and strengthen existing partnerships with ticketing and corporate event experts in the region, including Ticketmaster.
The company has also incorporated its services into apps often used by clients, such as Salesforce, to facilitate access for businesses of all sizes to manage their company ticket inquiries.
“No matter where they do business, corporate ticket owners and sports and event partners seek convenient and powerful technology to manage everything from invitations and credentials to ensuring tickets get to the right people at the right time without any waste,” Cahn said. “TicketManager has been empowering customers in the U.S. and Canada to do all of that for nearly two decades.”
