TrueBridge, based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, has kicked off its operations in the United Kingdom, working alongside al pool of veteran executives from venture capital and private equity-backed companies committed to promoting high-impact engagements in the region.
“TrueBridge is uniquely positioned to fully assess a company’s short-term talent needs -- and then solve those talent needs quickly and efficiently -- making it a true value-add in the search process," Businesswire said.
The company has appointed interim executive recruiter Lydia Denham to lead TrueBridge’s operations in the U.K. The executive is set to report to CEO David Beuerlein.
“We’ve been in stealth mode in the U.K. since late 2022, focused on building and vetting our elite network of interim talent,” Beuerlein told Businesswire. “We’re now going to market with these functional experts, who are ready to fill interim positions of critical importance to investor-backed companies in the U.K. and wider Europe.”
Specializing in technology, TrueBridge offers venture capital and private equity-related solutions to “potential clients and addresses a real market need for an interim executive search service tailored to the needs of investor-backed businesses.”
Beuerlein will contribute years of experience, which he garnered upon founding Google’s executive recruiting team and overseeing talent acquisition for venture capital firm Khosla Ventures. Denham also brings in extensive experience from the interim division of U.K. firm Capital Futures, which specializes in the recruitment of private equity-backed Software-as-a-Service companies.
“We’ve fielded immense interest in our offerings across functions where our TrueBridge Network Europe members have expertise, including the chief financial officer, chief HR (human resources) officer, chief marketing officer and chief technology officer roles,” Denham told Businesswire. “We look forward to serving the needs of our clients and candidates in the U.K. and beyond.”
The launch will help continue the success of TrueBridge’s existing U.S.-based operations, where the company has guided a portfolio of large companies, such as SeatGeek and Recharge.
The company counts on the support of more than 3,500 candidates who have requested to join a global network of experienced executives.
