The Tom Ford brand, recently acquired by The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., recently named Guillaume Jesel president and CEO of the company, and Peter Hawkings, creative director, according to a press release. The appointments will become effective once the acquisition is finalized.

Ermenegildo Zegna N.V. has also selected a CEO for Tom Ford Fashion. The executive will be unveiled in July, and assume the role during the third quarter of this year.
Both executives will work in collaboration to oversee and maintain the success of products, brand communication and retail.
Under the terms of The Estée Lauder Companies’ acquisition deal for the Tom Ford brand, The Estée Lauder Companies is now the sole owner of the brand and its intellectual property.
Through a combination of its deal with ELC, the recently confirmed appointments and its licensing deals with the Zegna Group for fashion and accessories, and Marcolin Group for eyewear, Tom Ford hopes to continue leveraging its reputation as a successful global luxury brand.

The Zegna Group acquired operations of the brand’s fashion business to carry out its obligations as a licensee of ELC. Tom Ford and Domenico De Sole will maintain their role as brand advisors through the end of calendar 2023.
