Lucid Group, Inc. recently celebrated the opening of its most recent combination delivery and service studio in Quebec, according to a press release.
"The opening of our first retail location in the province of Quebec is a significant milestone for Lucid in Canada," said Zak Edson, vice president of sales and service, Lucid Group. "Canadians have proven they're serious about EVs, so we're looking forward to providing Montreal and surrounding areas with the innovation and dynamic experience of our award-winning lineup of Lucid Air."
Serving as the 32nd opening of its kind to be established by Lucid Motors in North America, and the 36th to open worldwide, the studio opened to the public Jan. 28. The expansion follows the company’s ability to reach its goal for 2022, producing more than 7,189 vehicles.
Located at 6700 Rue Saint-Jacques, the new center spans 1,781 square meters of luxury retail and service space. Lucid Motors invited local electric vehicle and sports sedan enthusiasts to its studio Jan. 28 and welcomed them to contact its Montreal location to test drive the Lucid Air.
The addition is a reflection of the company’s efforts to expand its presence in Canada.
“Lucid is actively expanding its physical presence in Canada by opening its third retail location in the country and first service, delivery and sales center in Quebec,” a recent press release explains.
