Global labor and productivity software, Takt, based in Virginia, recently named Marc Levin chief revenue officer, according to a press release.
"From our first conversation, it was clear that Marc was a true 'builder,' capable of creating sales and go-to-market teams from the ground up," CEO and Co-founder Glynn LoPresti, Takt said. "He has an incredible revenue-focused acumen and is a perfect cultural fit for Takt. He will be an invaluable part of the success of the Takt company and team."
Under his new role, Levin will be tasked with driving Takt’s North American expansion amid the market’s general pursuit of productivity, employee engagement and retention to aid the delays caused by existing labor and supply chain challenges.
Levin will contribute more than 30 years of supply chain experience. With a specialty in the retail, CPG and technology industries, the executive has helped “companies leverage modern and emerging technologies to address real world scenarios with actionable intelligence. He is recognized as both a sales and strategy development leader, with accomplishments that span North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific Region,” a recent press release states.
"Some of the most recognizable retail, e-commerce and CPG companies already rely on Takt to create operational efficiencies and employee engagement within their facilities,” Levin said. “Labor and productivity challenges continue to be a boardroom discussion, and I am excited about helping our customers promote the potential of their team members."
