RealFoundations (RF) recently elevated Simon Parsons’ role, from lead managing consultant to senior managing consultant, according to a press release.
"RealFoundations appreciates Simon's contributions to expanding our presence in Europe and developing the collective capabilities of our London office practitioners," RealFoundations CEO and enterprise managing consultant, Chris Shaida, said. "Simon's consistent, quality delivery of management consulting solutions and process and technology optimization will continue to further our mission of making real estate run better, globally."
The London-based real estate practitioner's promotion reflects his years of success with consulting services management and partnership development in Europe for RealFoundations.
Bringing in more than three decades of real estate construction and blue-chip management consultancy experience, Parsons has helped guide numerous organizations through investing and facility management processes across various industries. He specializes in all steps of the construction lifecycle, including designing, maintenance and renovation.
Under his new role, Parsons will be tasked with attracting a larger pool of clients in Europe for RealFoundations, as well as managing client relationships in the region. He will also guide them through existing challenges threatening the local real estate industry and offer support to RF consultants hoping to develop their professional abilities.
"After eight years with RealFoundations, I am delighted to have been promoted to this new position and look forward to continuing to work with my colleagues and other industry participants to grow the company's presence, capabilities and business in Europe, all while helping our clients make their real estate run better," Parsons said.
Before beginning his tenure with the company in 2014, The University of Southampton, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées graduate, and University of Warwick graduate in the UK has worked in IBM's distribution sector and served as head of its Smarter Buildings. He also contributed to several design and construction of infrastructure projects alongside public, private and semi-public organizations as a civil engineer in the UK, France, Algeria and Singapore.
