DTEN has appointed David Angel as general manager, North America Channel Sales and LATAM, according to a press release.

"David Angel brings deep industry knowledge and proven expertise to his new role at DTEN," Wei Liu, the company's founder and CEO, said. "His extensive professional experience will help meet the evolving needs of our partners, as he leads and mentors our professional channel team in both North America and Latin America."

Under his new role, Angel will be tasked with developing channel partnerships across the Americas. To achieve this, he will work to develop channel programs and operations strategies to strengthen DTEN’s general program goals and managing plans.

He will also leverage the company’s communication methods and find new resellers and expand the company’s presence in Canada.

Before beginning his tenure with DTEN, Angel contributed more than 25 years of his career to Poly and Plantronics, where he oversaw ever-progressive channel, sales and partnership roles. He also served as senior director, Americas Channel Sales, where he took the lead of regional teams and the company’s overall year-over-year growth.
