Vagaro, based in Dublin, California, is celebrating the opening of its new office in Stevenage, England, according to a press release.
“We’re eager and excited to have a physical presence in the U.K. as demand for our services across the world continues to grow,” U.K. managing director Jason Downes said in the release. “Our key desire is to make sure our worldwide users feel heard, acknowledged and most importantly, supported.”
Through this launch, the business management software app specializing in the beauty, fitness and wellness industries, hopes to fulfill the recently increased global customer demand and garner beneficial partnerships with clients and talents in the U.K.
The new establishment will also house Vagaro’s staff training relating to support, sales and development.
“In fact, our commitment to ensuring we address our customers’ needs and pain points is so strong that we’ve actually hired one of our star U.K. users, Tom Mason-Smith, founder and CEO of the Fit Collective, as our head of customer success,” Downes said.
In the following weeks, Vagaro hopes to begin discussions with global clients in both virtual and physical settings to break the ice with users on the platform.
The company offers customer support to its users around the clock, and special discounts for business owners operating in the U.K.-based market. It also appointed Sofia Quresh as international marketing lead to oversee the company’s marketing strategy development and tailor them to the platform’s global audiences.
“Well invested in the voice of their customer, the team aims to spread awareness of the brand as well as to learn the unique needs and wants of the U.K. audience,” a recent press release stated.
