IAA, Inc. confirmed plans to relocate and expand its UK-based IAA Head Office South to better fulfill the demands of both, new and existing customers, a press release reported.
“In addition to building capacity to support the company’s growth in the UK, the new office will create a more dynamic working environment that underlines IAA’s focus on attracting and retaining the most-talented people in the industry,” UK managing director CEO of SYNETIQ, Tom Rumboll, said in the release. “This transition is vital to IAA’s further expansion in the UK, enabling us to meet the needs of our growing customer base.”
The new support center will share the tasks of the company’s current office, the IAA house, located at International House, Charfleets Road, Essex, SS8 0PQ, UK, will also be utilized as an expanded customer service center.
According to the global digital marketplace for vehicle buyers and seller’s representative, Rumboll, “the expansion and relocation of our southern UK head office demonstrates IAA’s continued commitment and investment in its UK business.”
