Andersen Global has expanded its tax and legal operations in Slovenia with the opening of its new agency, Andersen Advisory, Ltd, a press release reported.
“In today’s environment, clients need integrated, best-in-class solutions,” Country Managing Partner of Andersen in Slovenia Katarina Kresal said in the release. “The addition of Andersen in Slovenia, in conjunction with the legal services provided through Senica & Partners, ensures clients get comprehensive solutions in a seamless manner at the regional and global level. In turn, this enhances our firm’s development strategy and positions us to better serve our clients with support from the other member and collaborating firms of Andersen Global.”
The new subsidiary tasked with providing tax, accounting, valuation and other business advisory solutions, derives from Andersen’s affiliation with local member firm, Law Firm Senica & Partners Ltd, established in 2021, the press release reveals.
Kresal currently collaborates with both independent and commercial clients to target the advisory, tax, accounting and valuation needs of businesses. The service tactics developed by the pair include mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, financial restructuring and insolvency, VAT and transfer pricing.
Established in 2013, the global association of legally separate member firms now reports more than 10,000 experts on its team across 340 locations.
