Taylor Farms recently confirmed the opening of its new production facility in Toronto.
"We're thrilled to expand further into Canada with our new facility in Toronto," General Manager of Taylor Farms Canada, Kevin Silver, said in an April 11 press release. "We have seen explosive growth in Canada over the last five years, and with this new location we're able to address that demand by producing and delivering the freshest and most flavorful foods to our customers.”
The family-owned salad and fresh foods producer now offers its retail product portfolio, including its Chopped Salad Kits and Earthbound Farm Organic Salads, to Canadian customers, the release stated.
Based in Salinas, California, the company has offices in every country in North America, according to the release. It appointed Silver to oversee all Toronto-based operations and ensure production fulfills the demands of local growers and clients.
