Fiserv, Inc., has been certified as a Great Place to Work® across various Latin American countries.
This recognition is given to Fiserv based on associate input given through the Trust Index™ survey, according to a recent press release. Employees in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Argentina and Uruguay, participated in the survey.
"Being selected as a ‘Great Place to Work’ by the people who know our company best, our associates, is a particularly meaningful honor,” said Fernanda Pacheco, senior vice president of Human Resources for Latin America at Fiserv, in the release. “This distinction confirms our position in the industry as a leading employer brand, and we're proud that our commitment to diversity and inclusion has created a supportive culture in which our associates can be themselves as they grow their careers and deliver great results for our clients."
The Great Place to Work program recognizes companies across 600 countries, the release stated.
"This recognition is a testament to our commitment to creating a diverse, respectful and inclusive workplace that celebrates originality and inspires innovation," said Gustavo Marin, head of Latin America at Fiserv, in the release.
During the surveys, which were completed near the end of 2021, Fiserv associates evaluated the company in five areas including credibility, fairness, respect, camaraderie, and pride, Business Wire reported.
The values considered to select the companies include diversity, communication, collaboration, integrity, justice, and teamwork, among others, according to Business Wire.
"Our people are what makes Fiserv a great place to work, and we're encouraged to continue to enable their growth and success as we evolve and expand," said Marin in the release.
