Customer experience automation company ActiveCampaign, is expanding its operations with new offices in three major markets including Dublin, Florianopolis, Brazil, and Indianapolis.

In a Dec. 15 release, ActiveCampaign founder and CEO Jason VandeBoom said this investment in employees is also an investment in customers. He said the location of the new hubs was selected in part due to a belief that having a strong presence in each region is crucial to the company’s longevity.

The platform ActiveCampaign offers provides businesses access to more than 600 pre-built automations combining email marketing, marketing automation and customer relationship management for personalization and segmentation across social platforms.

“Much like there is no one-size-fits-all approach to technology for businesses, there is also no one-size-fits-all work model for employees. That’s why we’re continuing to invest in our employees who want to work remotely, commute daily, or a combination of both,” VandeBoom said in the release.

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the company shifted to a remote-based business model, helping reduce costs, though the approach reportedly took away from team creativity and coordination, the release stated. As a result, ActiveCampaign is opening offices in three locations and offering a hybrid work model.

According to the release, the new hubs mark the second ActiveCampaign spaces occupied in Indianapolis and Dublin and the first physical space in Brazil. This comes as teams in both locations have outgrown their existing spaces, leading the company to search for new homes to meet the needs of their growing teams.

At the hubs, employees will be given the option to work collaboratively with their teams in-person as needed, though no one will be required to be the office on a daily basis, the release stated.
