SLING TV 'excited' to add MX ONE services to its offerings

International content provider SLING TV recently announced that it has expanded its South Asian offering with its new Indian over the top (OTT) service, MX One, according to a press release. 

The service will offer more than 650 hours of TV shows and original web content to its viewers.

"MX ONE is one of the top requested services by our customers, and we're very excited to bring it to our platform," Liz Riemersma, SLING TV vice president of international programming, said in a press release. "As the leader in South Asian content in the U.S., we always strive to connect customers in the U.S. with the best content from home, and our partnership with MX ONE underscores this effort."

The slate of titles will be available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali and other languages as well. 

"We're delighted to partner with SLING TV that enables us to widen our existing base of viewers and extend a superior entertainment experience to the Indian diaspora and other international audiences across the USA," Mansi Shrivastav, senior vice president and head, Content Acquisitions and Alliances, MX player, said in the press release. 

The MX ONE service is available individually for $5 per month or through the Desi Binge package, which includes other leading South Asian content like SonyLIV and Voot, for $10 per month.
