Hyde Hotel is opening its Dubai-based property in collaboration with Emerald Palace Group as part of its first global expansion, according to hospitality company Ennismore.
"We are thrilled to introduce the Hyde brand to the Middle East and to bring this iconic brand outside of the United States for the first time. The hotel will be home to four of our most craveable culinary experiences including Cleo and its dynamic Levantine menu, Katsuya's contemporary take on traditional Japanese cuisine, Hudson Tavern and The Perq," Philippe Zrihen, brand COO and head of North America, Ennismore said in a press release. "We truly believe that Hyde Dubai will be a highly sought-after destination in the city, for global travelers and locals alike."
The hotel, consisting of 276 rooms, will showcase art from around the world through its design. The interior of the hotel has been specially conceptualized by the famous Italian designer Ciarmoli Queda.
Its featured cuisine, Katsuya, will display both modern and traditional Japanese skills and flavors. Guests can also enjoy themselves at the Cinq Mondes Dubai, the hotel's spa, which has taken inspiration from beauty rituals around the world.
"We are delighted to partner with the Hyde Hotel brand to launch the first international property outside of the U.S. and in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)," Dr. Nver Mkhitaryan, owner of Emerald Palace Group, said in Hotel & Catering News. "This will be an exciting move for Emerald Palace Group and one that we are very much looking forward to having in our portfolio of hotels and residences."
Ennismore was established earlier this year as a joint venture with Accor.
