Nomad Temporary Housing announced Oct. 12 two new corporate locations in China.
The newest addition to the company, Nomad Temporary Housing (Shanghai) Limited, will offer full services apartment fapiao invoicing capabilities through its rental subsidiary, according to a company press release.
"Opening the Nomad Shanghai corporations has been a rewarding and quite extended process," Bushra Siddiqui, Nomad's leader for the China companies, said in the release. "This has been especially so during the COVID pandemic. We could not have achieved this without the flexibility of the Chinese government and our local accounting partners. We are excited to provide this new level of service."
Nomad has operated apartments in China's core and secondary markets from their office in Hong Kong since 2011.
According to the press release, the "fapiao invoice is a legal receipt for goods and services" in the country and is required for a company to deduct expenses for taxes.
