Luxury Portfolio International, a U.S. based marketing agency for luxury real estate, has added partners in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, a news release said.

The new partnerships will expand the company's presence into countries such as Dubai and Ireland, the release stated.

"Luxury Portfolio International takes pride in its global approach to premium, luxury real estate," Mickey Alam Khan, president of LPI said in a statement. "Adding these new partners allows us to further the reach of all our members, providing opportunities in regions and even countries in which we did not previously have a presence. We are pleased to engage with these new companies, sharing our expertise and affording them access to the plethora of resources we have to offer."

The new U.S. partners are Vanguard Properties in San Francisco, Cervera in Miami and Charter One in North Carolina. Collier in Dublin, FGP in Switzerland and Bonne Apart in Dubai are the new international partners.

"Each brokerage is among the most respected in their specific markets," the news release stated. "Domestically, Cervera Real Estate, Charter One Realty and Vanguard Properties serve some of the most in-demand markets in the United States. While these brokerages are based in the U.S., their services emphasize LPI's global approach, with clients worldwide."

Increasingly "ultra-high net worth" clients are seeking second and third homes, LPI said.

Luxury Portfolio International markets more than 50,000 luxury homes annually.
