National Corporate Housing announced this week plans to acquire the Dublin-based property servicer Scandik.
Servicing Ireland's capital for over 20 years, the company has made a name for itself through high-quality serviced, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units across Dublin, according to Cision PR Newswire. Through National Corporate Housing's acquisition, the catalog expansion in Ireland will also include contributions from Edel Godfrey, who has garnered more than two decades of real estate and serviced-apartment experience.
"This acquisition expands our global footprint into Dublin, where there is significant corporate housing demand given the substantial tech and financial sectors," said Tom Meertens, Chief Operating Officer of International for National Corporate Housing, according to Cision PR Newswire. "Scandik's high-touch customer service model and attention to accommodation quality is consistent with the National's approach, so Scandik is an excellent fit with National. Edel Godfrey has a strong background creating and supporting large corporate housing programs across Ireland, which is a tremendous resource for National's global team."
Over the last two decades, Scandik properties have spanned prominent locations in the city, including Alexandra Walk, Adelaide Square, William Beckett House, Quayside Quarter, and Grand Canal Square, according to Cision PR Newswire.
Founded in 1999, National Corporate Housing is a global multi-brand corporate housing company that maintains fully furnished, interim housing throughout the United States, Canada, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
