Perficient, Inc. recently announced that it had acquired Colombia-based Talos Digital.
Talos Digital is a revenue commerce solution provider with a yearly profit of $10 million.
Jeffrey Davis, Perficient’s chairman and CEO, said in a press release that the move would ensure the company’s ability to expand its pioneering customer experience.
“We are excited to grow our nearshore delivery capacity, enhance our commerce capabilities, and further expand our presence in Colombia with the acquisition of Talos Digital,” Davis said. “The need for enterprises to digitally evolve and rapidly build has never been more important. Talos brings meaningful SAP Commerce expertise to our portfolio, further enhancing our ability to deliver innovative and engaging customer experience solutions on behalf of our enterprise clients.”
With headquarters in St, Louis, Missouri and offices around the world, Perficient is a digital consultancy for worldwide brands and enterprises.
Talos CEO Amyn Gillani will join Perficient and stated that the company was poised to grow in South America.

By acquiring Talos Digital, Perficient will expand its company in South America, strengthen its commerce capabilities and create strategic partnership with Fortune 1000 customers.
