New Jersey-based ViewTrade Holding Corporation has partnered with Groww, an India-based online trading platform, according to a press release from ViewTrade Holding Corporation.

ViewTrade will provide Groww with a full set of fintech services, allowing the business to provide U.S. equity products to its continuously growing customer base in India.

"We are very happy to provide Groww's customers in India a simpler and more straightforward account opening and account funding process," Kenneth Chan, managing director of ViewTrade Holding Corporation and President of Orbis Systems, stated in the press release, "The technology we are providing to Groww will greatly accelerate the experience of getting their customers' money to work for them in a fraction of the time it used to."

Although access to the U.S. financial markets has historically been too costly for the average Indian resident, ViewTrade's partnership has removed certain financial barriers to entry for Indian traders such as account minimums and processing fees, according to the press release.

"At Groww, we are seeing a lot of interest in international equity among Indian retail investors," Harsh Jain, co-founder and COO of Groww, stated in the press release.

Additionally, ViewTrade Securities' partnership will enable investors on Groww's platform to invest in fractional shares of U.S. stock.

"Through this partnership, we hope to provide more choice to Indian retail investors and deliver a seamless platform to invest in U.S. stocks consistent with our other products,'' Jain continued.

In order to guarantee Groww's clients receive comprehensive assistance for their investment requirements, Orbis Systems, Inc., ViewTrade's technology branch,  has also started working with an Indian Netbanking partner to integrate the digital LRS into Orbis Systems' Netbanking APIs.

ViewTrade, headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, connects customers ranging from broker-dealers, RIA's, fintech innovators and financial institutions directly to US markets.

Groww, based in Bangalore, is an investment platform that provides methods for its customers to invest in stocks, mutual funds, initial public offerings, ETFs and gold; the company was founded by four ex-Flipsters: Lalit Keshre, Harsh Jain, Neeraj Singh and Ishan Bansal.
