The Rinnai America Corporation recently announced the acquisition of Industrias MASS, Mexico's market leader in commercial water heaters.
Frank Windsor, president of the Rinnai America Corporation, said the acquisition would allow the company to further expand its presence across Latin America by building on the success of its current operations in Brazil.

Industrias MASS's acquisition includes an 86,000-square-foot facility and approximately 100 workers.
"The experienced team at Industrias MASS, as well as the in-facility leadership under Victor's direction, are critical parts of our strategy to capture the growth opportunities we see in the market," added Windsor.
Victor Molgado was also appointed general manager of Rinnai's Mexico operations as part of the acquisition.

Industrias MASS was founded in 1964 and specializes in the manufacturing of water treatment systems and commercial tanks used by hospitality, healthcare, foodservice and other commercial companies.
Rinnai was founded in 1974 and is based in Peachtree City, Georgia. It is a subsidiary of the Rinnai Corporation in Nagoya, Japan.
