Rimini Street Inc., a global enterprise software product and service provider, has been awarded the Grand Prize for Best Customer Support from the Japan Institute of Information Technology. 

The company provides Oracle and SAP software products and is also a Salesforce partner, specializing in services that are very responsive and cost-saving for their customers.

The company provides all clients a primary support engineer who has, on average, 20 years of experience in enterprise software, delivering only the best and most-personalized support to their clients, according to the release.
