German global market research technology company Quantilope, with offices in Hamburg, Germany and New York City, will expand its operations into the United Kingdom this month.
The company’s successful operations in Europe and the opening of its first international office in New York in 2019 make expansion into the U.K. market a logical next move, Quantilope co-founder and CEO Peter Aschmoneit said in a release.
“Our successful expansion into the U.S. has confirmed Quantilope as an emerging technology player in the market research industry,” Aschmoneit said. “An expansion into the U.K. is the logical next step to further our growth globally and fully cover the needs of international key accounts."
Quantilope automates advanced web search methodologies for clients, including the soft drink giant Pepsi and Nestle, the Swiss-based food and drink manufacturer, Quantilope said in the release. Its methodologies include Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, Implicit Association Tests, Tracking and more, the company said.
Georg Wesinger, European VP, will be responsible for managing the U.K. branch, which opens in London this month, and for hiring a team of local experts, the company said. The company plans to recruit 10-15 new employees for its U.K. branch this year, with a focus on sales and research consulting.

Using automated and advanced research technology, Quantilope provides its clients with insights to better understand their customers and the consumers of their products, the company said on its website. Advanced market research can be delivered to clients within one-to-five days, the company said.
The company works with market researchers, brand development teams and marketing departments in all industries and provides three types of service: programs the clients can control and run themselves, assisted service and service fully managed by Quantilope, the company said on its website.
