The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek, through its Public Diplomacy Section, has issued a request for information (RFI) aimed at video production firms with the capacity to create high-quality video and photographic content.
According to the announcement, the embassy is seeking details from qualified companies about their capabilities. The period of performance for these services is anticipated to begin in January 2026 and will last six months.
Interested companies are encouraged to review the RFI document, which contains detailed specifications and instructions for submission. The deadline for submitting questions is set for December 17, 2025, by 12:00pm Namibia time. Proposals must be submitted no later than December 23, 2025, by 5:00pm Namibia time.
"All submissions must be in English and submitted to whkproc@state.gov," according to the embassy's statement.
