The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has opened applications for the 2026 Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSIs) Program for secondary educators. The application deadline is January 11, 2026.

The SUSIs program is designed to give secondary school teachers and administrators a deeper understanding of American society, culture, values, and institutions. According to the announcement, participants will take part in a five-week program that includes seminars, workshops, cultural activities, and a study tour.

The program aims to help educators build lasting connections with peers from different countries. "The SUSIs programs offer a unique opportunity for secondary school educators and administrators to deepen their understanding of American society, culture, values, and institutions, and to build lasting connections with peers from around the world," stated the release.
