More than 100 researchers from the University of Cambridge and Lund University have convened in Sweden this week for a joint conference focused on advancing the climate transition. The event, held in Lund and accessible online, aims to address why progress on climate solutions remains slow despite the availability of viable options.
"Climate solutions exist – so why isn’t more happening? On 9 December, researchers from University of Cambridge and Lund University will gather in Lund and online to try to find answers to how we can accelerate the climate transition," according to organizers.
