Sun Life U.S. has been recognized as a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe for the eighth year in a row. The company’s ranking was determined through employee feedback gathered by Energage, which assessed factors such as employee programs, engagement, workplace culture, benefits, social responsibility initiatives, and opportunities for career development. Sun Life has also received national recognition from USA Today as a Top Workplace for five consecutive years.

The largest office hub for Sun Life U.S. is located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with approximately 1,300 employees based there. Across the United States, Sun Life operates six hub offices in Baltimore; Hartford, Connecticut; Kansas City, Missouri; Milwaukee; Portland, Maine; and Wellesley. There is also an office in Waterford, Ireland.
