The U.S. Embassy in Conakry, Guinea, has announced a request for quotations to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with qualified vendors. The agreements will cover customs clearance and delivery services for items both entering and leaving the U.S. Mission in Guinea.
According to the embassy, this solicitation is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.303 procedures.
In its announcement, the embassy stated: "We invite all potential and responsible contractors from the public to send us their quote on, or before 18 p.m. on December 31, 2025."
Interested vendors are required to submit their offers electronically to the Contracting Officer at ConakryProc@state.gov and copy Fama Marah at marahf@state.gov. The subject line should read: “Response to Solicitation 19GV1026Q0005– BPA for Customs Clearance Services.”
The embassy advises all interested parties to review the full solicitation for additional details.
