The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a company to provide property management services for a residential building located in Tianmu, Taipei. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price agreement to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable bidder.
To qualify, firms must meet several requirements. These include proficiency in English, having an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, and being able to show prior performance through suitable references. Firms should also have at least five years of experience in a related field and possess the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to carry out the work. Additionally, applicants need a business capital of at least ten million New Taiwan Dollars (NTD), all required local licenses and permits, compliance with insurance regulations, no adverse criminal record, and no affiliations contrary to AIT interests. Compliance with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is also mandatory.
Interested firms are instructed to review the solicitation documents—including bidding instructions and the NDAA Vendor Compliance Certification form—before contacting AIT Procurement via email during office hours from Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. All steps must be completed by January 12, 2026.
"All firms responding to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work."
The selection process will only consider proposals that meet these criteria.
