The United States government has delivered a shipment of long-acting injectable cabotegravir (CAB-LA) to Botswana. The donation consists of 10,125 vials and is intended for HIV prevention as pre-exposure prophylaxis. These medicines will be distributed to the Ministry of Health and provided by healthcare professionals across the country.
