The U.S. Department of State has issued a warning about misinformation regarding the Diversity Visa (DV) 2027 program. According to the department, the entry registration period for DV-2027 is not currently open.

Officials have reported receiving information about fraudulent claims suggesting that DV-2027 entry is available and that certain individuals or services can increase an applicant's chances of being selected. The department states these claims are false.

"DV-2027 registration dates and details about changes to this year’s process will be announced by the Department of State when available," the statement reads.

Individuals interested in participating in the DV program are advised to wait for official announcements from the Department of State and to avoid relying on unofficial sources or services claiming special access or advantages.
