A site visit is scheduled for December 2 at 10 a.m. local time, providing potential bidders with an opportunity to assess the requirements on-site. Companies interested in attending the site visit must provide the names of their representatives and company details by December 1 at 9 a.m., using the email address Vilnius.Procurement@state.gov, to facilitate building entry.
Bids should be submitted electronically to Vilnius.Procurement@state.gov no later than 10 a.m. on December 10, 2025.
