Binance Charity, the philanthropic division of the global cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has announced a donation of $200,000 to aid emergency relief and long-term recovery efforts for communities affected by floods in central Vietnam. This announcement was made through a blog post on Binance's website.

According to Binance Charity’s blog post, the foundation is contributing $200,000 to support relief and recovery following severe flooding that impacted several central provinces of Vietnam in November 2025. On November 21 in Ho Chi Minh City, the team committed these funds to the Vietnam Fatherland Front, continuing earlier initiatives related to relief, water-filtration, and reforestation.

Binance also recently revealed its intention to support the Giggle Fund by donating 50% of all transaction fees generated from Giggle Fund (GIGGLE) spot and margin trading on its platform starting in December 2025. The initiative allocates half of the fees from eligible trades to charitable projects endorsed by the Giggle Fund, which supports children's education through Giggle Academy programs.

Furthermore, Binance has expanded its Know Your Customer framework by introducing an "Intermediate Verification" level required for all users. According to Binance, only verified customers will have access to core products and services. This measure aims to strengthen Anti-Money Laundering controls, enhance risk management, and ensure a safer environment for cryptocurrency trading.

Industry analysis describes Binance.com as the largest cryptocurrency exchange globally. It reportedly has nearly 300 million active users and accounted for approximately 26.68% of Q1 global spot-exchange trading volume. Observers attribute its leading position to a diverse product range, strong security measures, rapid innovation, and adaptability to changing regulatory expectations under new executive leadership.
