The U.S. Embassy in Tunis has announced a procurement opportunity for vendors to provide IT equipment for the server room at the Enfidha Police Academy. The embassy is seeking qualified suppliers to submit offers by December 15, 2025, at 4 p.m.

A site visit is scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 10 a.m. Interested participants must email tunisgsoprocurement@state.gov with their full name and a copy of their ID card by November 28 at 4 p.m. to gain access to the location.

Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes and should include both technical and financial offers. The technical offer requires proof of an established business, the name of the project manager, technical specifications, NDAA certification, a list of similar projects completed in the last three years, and a project timeline. The financial offer must be VAT-free and signed and stamped by an authorized representative.

All submissions should be marked “Quotation Enclosed” and sent to:

American Embassy Tunis,

1053 Les Berges du Lac

Attention: GSO/Contracting Officer

RFQ# PR15685292

Late proposals will not be considered. The embassy encourages competitive quotes but notes that the request does not obligate it to make any award. According to the announcement, "The U.S. Government intends to award the Purchase Order to the technically qualified, lowest price quote."

Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of order and original invoice with banking information.

Vendors are required to confirm compliance with NDAA regulations as part of their submission process. The relevant FAR clause can be reviewed at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52.204-24.
