The U.S. Embassy in Tunis has announced a procurement opportunity for vendors to support a server room safety and security project at the Enfidha Police Academy. The embassy is seeking qualified businesses to submit their offers by December 15, 2025, at 4 p.m.

A site visit is scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 10 a.m. Interested participants must send an email with their full name and a copy of their ID card to tunisgsoprocurement@state.gov by November 28 at 4 p.m. to gain access to the location.

Proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes, with technical and financial offers separated. The technical offer must include proof of an established business, the name of the project manager, technical specifications, NDAA certification, a list of similar projects completed in the past three years, and a project timeline. The financial offer should be VAT free, signed, and stamped.

Both envelopes are to be delivered to the American Embassy Tunis at 1053 Les Berges du Lac, addressed to GSO/Contracting Officer referencing RFQ# PR15686261. Late proposals will not be considered.

The embassy states: "The US Government promotes fair and open competition. The selection criteria are: Technically Acceptable, Lowest Priced."

Advance payments will not be made; instead, payments will follow the Prompt Payment Act and will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer within 30 days after services are received and an accurate invoice is submitted.
