The U.S. Embassy in Tunis has issued a request for quotes to purchase office furniture, as outlined in the provided Scope of Work. The deadline for submitting offers is December 15, 2025, at 4 p.m.
Vendors are required to handle transportation and installation of each piece of furniture at Enfidha. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with technical and financial offers separated. Technical submissions should include proof of an established business, technical specifications, and NDAA certification. Financial offers must be VAT-free, signed, and stamped.
Envelopes should be clearly marked “Quotation Enclosed” and delivered to the American Embassy Tunis at 1053 Les Berges du Lac, addressed to GSO/Contracting Officer with reference PR15685113. Late proposals will not be considered.
"The Embassy encourages you to make your quote competitive. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award." The selection will favor technically qualified vendors offering the lowest price.
Payment will occur within 30 days after receipt of both the order and original invoice containing banking information.
As part of compliance measures, companies must confirm their adherence to NDAA requirements by reviewing the FAR clause at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52.204-24 and submitting a signed document if interested.
