The U.S. Embassy in Manama has announced an open request for quotations (RFQ) for the supply of a sport utility vehicle (SUV). The embassy is seeking competitive proposals from qualified suppliers.

Interested parties are required to submit their proposals via email to manamagsoprocurement@state.gov by 16:00 Bahrain Time on December 22, 2025. According to the embassy, any questions or requests for clarification about the RFQ must be sent to the same email address at least three business days before the submission deadline.

The announcement specifies that attachments provided with the RFQ include a cover letter, NDAA 889 Compliance form, and detailed instructions regarding the quotation process.

"Proposals must be submitted by email to manamagsoprocurement@state.gov no later than 16:00 Bahrain Time on December 22, 2025. For any clarifications to this RFQ, please reach out to manamagsoprocurement@state.gov at least three business days prior to the closing date mentioned above."
