A consular officer from the U.S. Embassy will visit Anguilla and St. Martin in early December 2025 to provide services for U.S. citizens by appointment only. The outreach will focus on accepting applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, but will not address visa-related issues.
Appointments in Anguilla are scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Caribbean Juris Chambers, Hannah Waver House, The Valley. In St. Martin, appointments will be held on Friday, December 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Grand Case Beach Club conference room.
The embassy has emphasized that all applications must be prepaid online; bank drafts or other forms of payment are no longer accepted. Payment instructions and application forms can be found on the official State Department website (http://travel.state.gov). Applicants are required to bring completed forms, two passport-size photos (2” x 2”), original proof of U.S. citizenship and social security card, a prepaid air waybill for return delivery of documents, printed proof of online payment, as well as originals and photocopies of all documents.
For children under age 16 applying for services, both parents must appear with the child or submit a notarized consent form if one parent cannot attend. Additional documentation such as birth certificates and identification is also required.
Applicants must schedule an appointment at https://bb.usembassy.gov/consular-outreach-visits-for-u-s-citizen-services and walk-ins or accompanying persons without appointments cannot be assisted.
Fees vary by service: US$135 for a child’s passport (under age 16), US$165 for first adult passports (age 16+), US$100 for Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, and US$50 per signature for notarials. Renewals by mail are possible under certain conditions at a fee of US$130; otherwise an in-person interview is necessary with a fee of US$165.
The embassy reminds applicants that eyeglasses may not be worn in passport photos and refers them to www.travel.state.gov for full photo requirements.
