The U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan has announced an open call for quotations for packing, crating, and transportation services. The embassy is seeking specialized companies with valid permits to participate in the tender process.
According to the announcement, companies interested in applying must demonstrate that they have the necessary equipment, personnel, packing materials as specified in the container requirements, and financial resources to fulfill the work outlined in the tender.
The embassy stated that "award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so." Only responsible companies submitting acceptable quotations based on the stated requirements will be considered for an agreement.
Quotations must be submitted by email to AshgabatShippingTender@state.gov no later than 17:00 Ashgabat time on December 5, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Any questions regarding the solicitation should also be sent in writing to the same email address.
