The U.S. Embassy in Somalia has announced the opening of Tender of Service 25MOGAD1025-T-001, which began accepting submissions on September 16, 2025. The deadline for submitting completed tenders is October 1, 2025, at 16:00 East Africa Time.
Interested parties are instructed to submit their tenders via email and address them to the Tender Administrator at gso_mogadishu@state.gov. Additional information about the tender process can be found by following the instructions provided by the embassy.
The tender includes references to an unclassified pouch and rate sheets for both inbound and outbound pouches as specified in Attachment 8-5.
