Rachel Conlan, Chief Marketing Officer for Binance, announced that the exchange will donate 50% of Giggle Fund spot and margin trading fees to support the fund's charitable initiatives, such as Giggle Academy, starting in December 2025. The statement was made on X.

"Starting in December 2025, Binance will donate 50% of the trading fees generated from Giggle Fund ($GIGGLE) spot and margin trading to support the charitable initiatives promoted by the Giggle Fund," said Conlan.

Giggle Fund ($GIGGLE) is a charity-focused coin on the BNB Smart Chain. Each trade includes a small fee that is converted into BNB and automatically forwarded to the Giggle Academy donation wallet for children's education. According to Binance, GIGGLE’s tokenomics involve "coding the donation mechanism into the token," which enables continuous, on-chain giving tied to trading activity. Donations are verifiable on-chain in real-time via transparent wallet tracking.

Binance lists an extensive roster of licenses and registrations across various jurisdictions. Among them are Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) license for Binance FZE and a Category 4 Crypto-Asset Service Provider license in Bahrain. Additional permissions in other markets are shown on its licenses page. In aggregate, this breadth of approvals indicates that Binance is among the most regulated global crypto exchanges by geographic coverage.

The company outlines core Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls that include sanctions compliance, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)/adverse-media/sanctions screening, comprehensive record-keeping, regular employee AML training at least annually, and independent audits/testing of program effectiveness. These measures support risk-based onboarding and ongoing monitoring and align with international counter-terrorist financing and counter-proliferation obligations across supported regions.

Binance announced Conlan’s elevation to Chief Marketing Officer after serving as Vice President of Global Marketing. This positions her to lead the company’s global brand strategy and user-growth initiatives alongside new leadership appointments. The company highlighted her role in scaling campaigns and strengthening trust as Binance evolved its executive team and compliance focus.
