According to the statement, the selected contractor will be responsible for providing insurance that covers bodily injuries—including passengers other than the driver—and property damage. The maximum insured amounts specified include civil liability coverage up to XAF 4 billion, glass breakage, legal defense and actions, and an advance on recourse set at 75% of the invoice amount.
