The TESOL DZAIR Association has announced its 3rd International Conference, which will focus on the theme “AI in the Classroom: Transforming Teaching and Learning.” The event aims to promote the development of English language teaching in Algeria by emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and the use of technology in education.

The conference is scheduled to take place at Mohamed Khider University in Biskra from December 20 to 22, 2025. Organizers expect more than 500 participants, including educators, researchers, and professionals from various English language teaching backgrounds both within Algeria and internationally.

According to the association, “This major academic event is dedicated to advancing the future of English language teaching in Algeria through innovation, collaboration, and the meaningful integration of technology in education.”

Attendees will have opportunities to connect with local and international experts in English language teaching (ELT), share ideas, and explore how artificial intelligence is changing classroom practices. The program includes workshops, talks, and interactive sessions led by trainers and speakers from Algeria and other countries. These sessions will focus on practical methods for using AI to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Organizers encourage those interested not to miss what they describe as a chance “to learn, network, and be part of a community shaping the future of English language education in Algeria.”
