Ambassador Bill White has officially assumed his duties as the U.S. Ambassador to Belgium after presenting his credentials to King Philippe. The ceremony marked the formal start of his role as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Belgium. He was accompanied by his husband Bryan Eure, Deputy Chief of Mission Lively, and Colonel Chris Kreiler.
In a statement, Ambassador White expressed his intentions for his tenure: "Ambassador White is eager to strengthen the enduring ties between the United States and Belgium, working together to enhance transatlantic security, deepen our economic and trade relationship, and build a safer, more prosperous future for both nations."
