The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) has announced an open call for qualified companies to supply office products. The solicitation, identified as BPA Advertisement No. TPE200-25-BPA-0007, invites firms to submit their interest by December 23, 2025.

According to the announcement, all applicants must meet several criteria. Additional requirements are having sufficient personnel, equipment, and financial resources; holding all necessary local licenses and permits; meeting insurance standards; possessing a clean criminal record; and avoiding political or business affiliations that could conflict with AIT’s interests.

The statement further notes that companies must accept NET 30 payment terms via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), be able to issue commercial invoices excluding 5% tax, coordinate with AIT's delivery schedule while offering free delivery services, and comply with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Interested parties are instructed to contact AIT Procurement at Taipei_Procurement@state.gov during regular office hours before the deadline for more details.
