For the second year in a row, subsidiaries of Fubon Financial Holdings have been recognized by Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) with five major awards at the 2025 Financial Education Contribution Award ceremony. Taipei Fubon Bank, Fubon Securities, and Fubon Life received distinctions for their work in advancing financial literacy and inclusive finance.

Taipei Fubon Bank was honored with three awards: gold for “Best Collaboration,” silver for “Best Heritage,” and bronze for “Best Inclusive.” The bank's initiatives included programs such as the “Migrant Workers Financial Inclusion Initiative,” the “Little Millionaire Wealth Management Camp,” and “Creating Abundant Lives Through Intergenerational Impact.” These efforts are aimed at different segments of society, including migrant workers, children, and senior citizens.

The bank partnered with education group One-Forty to conduct a survey on financial literacy among Southeast Asian migrant workers in Taiwan. Based on this research, Taipei Fubon Bank launched anti-fraud guides in multiple languages, educational videos in Indonesian, and bilingual board games to help improve both financial knowledge and fraud prevention awareness among migrant workers.

Additionally, the long-running “Little Millionaire Wealth Management Camp” continues to provide elementary school students with hands-on experience in wealth management. The self-developed board game “Abundant Life” is also used to teach principles of wealth management and debt control to older adults.

Fubon Securities received the gold award for “Best Innovation” due to its use of digital technology and artificial intelligence in financial education. The company has introduced AI-driven personalized messaging services and immersive video content as part of its efforts to broaden access to investment knowledge. Upcoming platforms like the “Fubon Investment Academy” aim to further enhance learning opportunities for investors from various backgrounds.

Fubon Life was recognized with the bronze award for “Best Heritage” for its commitment to educating young people about insurance topics aligned with international standards such as those set by OECD’s PISA assessment. In 2024 alone, approximately 2,000 students participated in its courses which featured comics, short videos, and interactive sessions between students and experts from industry, government, and academia. The satisfaction rate exceeded 90%, reflecting positive feedback from participants as well as educators.

According to information provided by Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd., these achievements demonstrate an ongoing strategy that combines traditional outreach with innovative technology tools to reach diverse groups across Taiwan’s population.
