For the first time, Berlin hosted an official NFL International Game, drawing thousands of fans to the stadium and millions more watching live around the world. The event marked a significant moment for American football in Germany.

The game was not only about the competition on the field but also served as a broader celebration of American sports culture. In addition to the main event, fans participated in youth football clinics, cultural activities, and community events across Germany. Public viewings and pop-up stores throughout Berlin offered additional ways for people to engage with American football.

This occasion comes ahead of flag football's debut at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. The Berlin game allowed fans to learn about this sport, which will soon be featured on an international stage. Young athletes had opportunities to develop teamwork and athletic skills associated with American football.

NFL players visiting Berlin took part in school visits, training sessions, and local programs, interacting directly with fans beyond their performance during the game.

According to organizers: "From the cheers in the stadium to the excitement in local communities, the NFL Berlin 2025 Game was more than a sporting event, it was a cultural moment. It brought people together, forged new friendships, and built bridges between the United States and Germany through a shared passion for sport."
