Standard Chartered PLC has announced a change in its Group Company Secretary position. Adrian de Souza will step down from the role on 14 November 2025. Scott Corrigan will assume the position of Group Company Secretary on the same date, while continuing to serve as Group General Counsel.
Corrigan, who is a qualified lawyer, joined Standard Chartered in 2014 and has been Group General Counsel since January 2025.
